- “Student” or “You” means any person who views, registers for, or purchases courses on our site.
- “Course” means any digital training module, video lessons, live session, or downloadable resource provided by CodeFreeStudio.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for or accessing any Course, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms posted alongside specific Courses.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase and participate in our Courses. Minors may enroll only with parental or guardian consent.
4. Course Access & Use
- Upon successful payment, you receive a non‑transferable license to access Course materials for lifetime.
- You agree not to share login credentials or download and redistribute videos, PDFs, or code snippets without permission.
5. Payment & Fees
- All prices are listed in INR and exclude applicable taxes (e.g., GST).
- Payment must be completed via the available gateways (e.g., Razorpay).
- Access is granted only after cleared payment.
6. Refund & Cancellation
- We offer a 7‑day, no‑questions‑asked refund from the date of purchase, provided you have not consumed more than 20% of the Course content.
- To request a refund, email support@codefreestudio.com with your order ID.
- After the 7‑day window or 20% content view, no refunds will be issued.
7. Intellectual Property
- All Course content (videos, text, images, code) is owned by CodeFreeStudio or licensed to us.
- You may use materials for your personal learning, but you must not reproduce, republish, or create derivative works for commercial distribution.
8. Prohibited Conduct
When using our site or Courses, you agree not to:
- Infringe on copyright or intellectual property rights.
- Post or transmit unlawful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable content.
- Attempt to reverse‑engineer or bypass any security or access controls.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CodeFreeStudio and Won Infosoft Technologies Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Courses.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CodeFreeStudio, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.

We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect changes. Continued use after modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
